职位描述：
1.负责项目的进度、成本、范围，同时监控质量；Responsible for the project schedule, cost and scope, supervise the quality
2.作为与客户的主要接口，建议和维护客户关系；Main interface with customer, build and maintain relationship with customer;
3.定义项目的工作分解结构(WBS)并在项目执行过程中进行维护；Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and maintain during the whole project phase;
4.定义“自制或采购”策略；Define the “Make or Buy” strategy for project scope of supply
5.对项目风险进行评估，并制定应对措施；Evaluate project risk and make the recovery plan
6.管理项目变更；Manage the order change request (OCR) with customer
7.与各部门经理沟通对项目资源进行合理配置，以确保项目运行；Work with other department managers to allocate resource to work on project to secure project running
