1、Mechanical Technical Leader - Battery
2、To breakdown the tasks and assign to the team, then to set up target, coach and monitor the team to reach the target;
3、To breakdown the tasks and assign to the team, then to set up target, coach and monitor the team to reach the target;
4、To check and clarify customers' requirement and signed technical agreement with proposal team and also with customers;
5、Technical interface to customers regarding all mechanical design related issues;
6、To support proposal team to make technical proposal or review them;
任职资格：
1、8 years or above experiences in mechanical design in Automotive industry and systems integration business;
2、3 years or above experiences in technical management roles;
3、Familar with UG/Solidworks and Auto CAD software;
4、Mechanical design experiences in battery assembly business is a strong plus.
5、Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
6、Strong cost and time sense.
7、Willing to work under pressure.
