Main Missions:
- Delivery Customer Multimodal Projects, focus on international rail freight (both FCL & LCL), in charge of both export & import business on a daily basis
- Handle Multimodal Product Operations including ad-hoc shpt like cross-border trucking, removal, free trade zone ops, CFS warehousing, etc
- Set-up, review, cross-check and update respective SOP
- Handle customer bookings & resolve their enquiries in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and standards
- Provide customer appropriate and relevant information when required
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
- Follow SOP and process shipment in regard with both routing orders and ad-hoc request from customer
- Apply New Customer in System & Control AR
- System input in a correct and timely manner
- Deliver daily, weekly & monthly KPI reports if required by clients
- Provide Controlling & Monitoring Follow-up on a regular daily or weekly basis
- Operational Issue Resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

AREA OF ACTIVITY – MULTIMODAL INQUIRY RESPONSE & PERFORMANCE MGMT (TRACK & TRACE).
- Provide timely response to client inquiry both FCL & LCL
- Make sure correct cost quoted to overseas office
- Make sure correct selling rates quoted to direct clients
- Performance/KPI recording
- Brief Data Analysis
- Daily/Weekly or Monthly Track & Trace Reporting based on Corporate Request
- Handle all ad-hoc tasks if required

- Coordinate with operations departments to facilitate Multimodal Operations to meet customer requirements
- Support supervisor to prepare any required reports
- Assist supervisor in handling daily projects through completing all assigned duties and tasks

? 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
