职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support various localization projects for different divisions of the JENOPTIK group in China.
- Direct management and responsibility for standard production as well as its planning and maintenance.
- Ensure production quality management.
- Drive ISO certification processes in the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for production cost targets and manage the continues improvement process to optimize production flow and costs.
- Ensure highest customer satisfaction with regards to production time and quality.
- Participation in developing the SSC Operations and company strategy for China and its implementation in coordination with the local management team.
- Planning and implementation of new investments in close corporation with the divisions as well as its Consolidation.
- Launch management of new products and phase-out management in corporation with the divisions.
- Management of the staff ensuring motivation and providing opportunities for development.
- Support significantly and measurable the improvement of all plant process including production, planning and monitoring ,order processing)with regards to availability, costs, reduction of throughput times, delivery times,quality and stock.
- Ensure compliance with all laws ,directives and activities in the field of health, environment and safety.
 
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Additional commercial education, ideally completed MBA education
- Experience with technologies such as electronic, optics and mechanical assembling optics-manufacturing system
   integration, welding, injection molding, measurement process and equipment
- ERP (SAP)and good IT skills
- 2-5 years of experience as plant or production manager with emphasis on startup experience
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience in china
- Successful implementation and experience of lean production activities
- Leadership and very good and clear communication and motivation skills
- Strong result orientation
- Strong team builder fostering team cooperation
- Self-assertiveness Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English (mandatory)Chinese (preferable)
