Role Purpose:
Lead and manage a team of telesales to maximize revenue (online and offline) and customer satisfaction through multi-channel interaction. Work with local teams to drive best practice and operational excellence.
Driving a high performance culture – Sales Leadership Team Management population ensuring they have the direction, capability, tools, coaching and support to ensure their teams are engaged, inspired & focused to deliver exceptional performance
People responsibility - Overall ownership, management and development responsibility for the telesales team
Key responsibilities:
? Active member of the local country sales leadership team, responsible for new customer development and revenue growth in the mass market segment
? Responsible for high levels of effective inbound and outbound call activity leading to delivery of sales objectives and exceptional service to our customers in the market.
? Full accountability in driving and exceeding mass market sales targets and new customer acquisition
? Primary role involves pre-sales, customer fronting order to cash and online revenue for mass market segment
? As a key driver on Voice of the Customer within the market, creating and embedding a customer focused culture ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decision making, evident by customer satisfaction scores.
? Responsible for ensuring that every customer contact is an effortless experience delivered through effective management the development of our people.
? Take the lead in working with marketing team focusing on sales related campaigns to drive activity and sales
? Liaise with other departments and parties to increase our service level (eg. timely delivery, lead-time issues, etc.)
? Drive efficiency and “waste” reduction through use of Continuous Improvement to improve customer service and free up funds for reinvestment
? Embedding high performance, driving change and continuously looking to improve the way we do things
? Identify improvements to processes in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Essential:
? Proven Leadership experience within a Customer facing environment
? Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
? Demonstrates effective leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop highly engaged and performing teams
? Creates an empowered and engaged culture, and applies successful techniques to nurture talent and drive high performance
? A change champion advocate, people feel excited about change when in their presence
? Planning & organizing actions proactively, managing capability and performance of department to deliver FY objectives proactively
? Ensure Team objectives are agreed with effective review and appraisal mechanisms in place to drive a high performance culture
? Analysis of Management team capability and performance:- to include training needs analysis and departmental succession planning
? Drive process improvements and remove failure demand through CI methodology and regional best practice in order to drive great customer experience
? Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills cross functionally
? Excellent communication and influencing ability using different approaches to achieve successful outcomes
? Creating a Motivational Climate by defining the right level of motivation and your role in creating a motivational setting
? Delegation and empowerment to allow high performing teams with growth and development
Desirable:
? Working knowledge & experience of SAP & CRM systems
? Familiar with E2E Pre-sales, Order to Cash and post sales processes
? Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on an executive management/ leadership team that provides Service & Sales leadership and direction
? Worked in a leadership capacity within an international organization and thereby able to demonstrate good cultural awareness and appreciation
