职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer service requests and follows up tasks.
2. Offer instant telephone supports and other online supports to customers.
3. Troubleshooting of customer problems and diagnosis.
4. Collaborate with application specialists in resolving customer issues.
5. Support on site mission if necessary.
6. Within specialist areas, acquire and maintain practical and scientific technical knowledge to support customer sales and service.
7. Finish tasks from leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Junior college level or above, major in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Material Processing, Optical or Electronics.
2. Three years working experiences in technical service department in the laser industry.
3. Experience of working in service hotline is desirable.
4. Must demonstrate logical approach and problem solving ability.
5. Good knowledge of English spoken and written.
