职位描述：
- Work together with the Marketing Supervisor China and report to her to ensure all tasks are done according to laid down rules and processes of the business organization.
- Plan and manage online marketing projects and work towards enhancing the image and profit making goals of JENOPTIK.
- Understand the purpose of the organization’s online presence and to harness such online presence to improve on brand and profit making goals of the organization.
- Manage online marketing activities and campaigns such as: Chinese website, SEO/SEM, social media marketing (WeChat, Baidu, etc.).
- Creation and execution of email-based marketing campaigns.
- Work and manage vendors related to online marketing activities.
- Provide support to organize events, trade shows, seminars (or-related) from pre to post show, whenever required.
- Work collaboratively and provide support for various divisions of the business in China.
- Creation of marketing materials (both internal and external) in accordance to corporate identity guidelines and templates.
- Follow the purchasing/expense requisition process in ERP system (e.g.: Kingdee)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Marketing Supervisor China.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Marketing and Communication focus preferred;
- Min. 4 years' experience in B2B digital marketing or advertising, automotive or engineering related industry preferred;
- Good understanding of online marketing concepts and best practices;
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Baidu Web Analytics Tool), CMS platform, email marketing tools (e.g.: Evalanche) and HTML;
- Experience with B2B social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and related
- Experience with designing of brochures, newsletters, advertisements, web banners; preferably with Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Independent and resourceful;
- Creative and meticulous, as well as a well-organized and fast learner;
- Strong spoken and written: Chinese and English;
