职位描述：
Responsibilities:
I. Provide technical assessment of customer applications in pre-sales and technical support in post-sales situations for all our instruments.
为公司所有的设备提供售前和售后技术支持方面的客户应用技术评估
II. Perform instruments installation, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance.
设备的安装、维修、校准和预防性维护。
III. Travel as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites.
配合客户的服务需求，有必要的话需要出差。
IV. Help the service manager to maintain clear CRM records and record of parts inventory.
协助服务经理保持清晰的CRM记录和零件库存记录。
V. Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments.
和相关部门进行沟通和协调。
VI. Other tasks assigned by company.

Qualifications:
I. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Automation or equivalent.
电子、自动化、材料或相关专业本科以上学历。
II. Customer Service experience preferred.
有客户服务经验优先考虑
III. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
IV. Service-minded, ability to independently support customers.
具有服务意识，能够独立地支持客户。
V. Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
