职位描述：
工作概要 Job Summary

？ Mechanical parts including Plastics , Stamping and Die-casting quote for new program
？ The mechanical parts suppliers’ management and strategy maker.
？ Improvement continuously on cost.
？ Take the leader in mechanical purchasing team.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement material category strategy in line with business objectives
2. Work closely with the Program buyer in sourcing projects and material requests of mechanical parts and the related tooling
3. Ensuring raw material pricing and trading terms are best-in-market.
4. Strong technical support on material selection and improve team’s material know-how level continuously.
5. Drive and implement a cost reduction roadmap for existing materials ensuring year on year reduction. Identify and recommend alternative materials which offer cost reduction opportunity with ME and suppliers.
6. Manage and implement supplier selection by the sourcing board meeting and qualification procedure with SQE
7. Manage supplier contract, terms negotiations in line with company policy
8. Make the mechanical supplier strategy
9. Ensure that correct business ethics are adhered to in all Sourcing activity.
10. Analyze overall spend profile and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Engineering in relevant discipline preferred; Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar educational level acceptable.
2. 5+ Mechanical parts Management experience on the sourcing in mechanical or electronic industry.
3. Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Passion and proactive work.
6. Good English skills both written and oral.
