职位描述：
1. 全面负责动力总成事业部项目管理部门；
1. Take full responsibility of AT BU project management department;
2. 招聘、指导和发展项目管理团队，实现多个项目的目标；
2. Recruit, coach and develop PM team members to reach multiple project needs;
3. 在KUKA的标准体系下，开发和优化适用于动力总成项目模式的标准项目管理流程；
3. Develop and optimize the standard project management process under KUKA standard but adapt for AT business model;
4. 开发和优化项目管理工具模板；
4. Develop and optimize the template of tools for project management;
5. 监控多个项目的执行，确保多个项目的指标，如项目利润和项目时间进度；
5. Supervise the multiple projects execution, secure the multiple projects key performance: GM% and Milestones;
6. 整体管控多个项目的风险和机遇；
6. Overall management of risk and opportunities for multiple projects;
7. 维护客户关系，获得变更合同或新订单；
7. Maintain customer relationship to achieve change orders or new orders with existing customers;
8. 与公司内部其他部门合作，如工程部，安装部，采购部，质量部等，以实现多个项目的目标；
8. Internal cooperation with other department, e.g. engineering, assembly, purchasing, quality etc., to reach multiple projects target;
9. 与KUKA美国和德国进行全球合作。
9. Global cooperation with KUKA AT US and KUKA Bremen.

基本任职资格要求：
Basic Qualifications
教育与学历：本科及以上学历，自动化相关背景
Education & Academic Qualifications
Bachelor or above, automation related background
工作经验要求：拥有5年以上动力总成领域的多项目管理经验；拥有10年以上的工程背景
Working Experiences
Above 5 years working experiences in multiple projects management, in powertrain business; above 10 years engineering field working experience.

？ 具备全维度的项目管理能力，包括项目的成本、进度、范围管理；
？ 具备动力总成行业装配和测试业务相关知识；
？ 英语流利；
？ 拥有PMP认证者优先。
？ Capability of full-scope of project management, including project cost, timing and scope management;
？ Knowledge of powertrain assembly and test business;
？ Fluent in English;
？ PMP certificate is preferred.
