职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Leading to execute the maintenance target goal and plant AMC cost reduction
Leading daily equipment troubleshooting and improvement to maximize equipment efficiency and reduction equipment down time.
Leading equipment preventive maintenance system within the prescribed guidelines and maintain appropriate records.
Improved and intensify Maintenance people to skill up and knowledge continued enhance.
New comer of training program and solo running
Overall lead maintenance governance audit and continued improvement,
Set department annually MBO and individual MBO to drive department of continued improvement
Equipment down time analysis and improvement to maximize equipment up-time.
Continued monitor and enhance MMA of the DTAP skill and response for protect asset
Develop, initiate and monitor departmental budget, forecasts, SOP’S, ISO and CLAIR-5S system for department.
Achieve low cost manufacturing, superior quality/service and improved capability/capacity.
Manage and communicate status of key engineering initiatives that drive manufacturing performance.
Continued intensify TE fundamental knowledge for scientific method to determine and solution process upset root cause.
Ensure effective MOC（变更管理） management for process and equipment
Develop and lead department safety/IAP culture （知识产权保护和员工安全意识提升）

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or other engineering related
7 years’ work experience, 3 years’ management experience at least
Maintenance experience of automated equipment

Required Skills
Equipment Maintenance PM/PDM knowledge
Equipment improvement knowledge and awareness
Familiar with electrical control component application, such like Inverter, Servo Motor, Sensor, signal translator, etc.
Individual hard and soft skill for maintenance
Good Maintenance PM principles
Good equipment basic design, operation and maintenance knowledge
Good Maintenance PM principles
Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
Quality concept & tool and Report & English presentation skill
Process troubleshooting and management
Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools (AME, KT, Lean, DMAIC).
Results oriented,
Schedule control, Improvement
Leading personal characteristics.
PLC control skill and Skill in drawing of CAD is plus

Soft Skills
Communication skill and positive working attitude in team
Strong ownership of achieving plant goal—Anytime full support plant trouble shooting
Sense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plan to meet objectives
Flexibility to adapt to changing environment; be a change agent to help others through change
