职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
1. Safety: to manage territory projects and developments within the VT safety framework and meeting VT and national safety standards. To undertake engineering audits to ensure hubs are operating within EHS requirements and ensure hubs maintain their licenses and certifications.
2. Quality: To ensure the standard operating processes and methods are delivered in the hubs. To identify, develop and manage engineering improvements and initiatives, and ensure changes improve the internal and external quality of the products and all changes are controlled and documented to standard. To plan and manage implementations of global standard changes to plan.
3. Delivery: To plan and manage the capability and capacity of territory service hubs to meet the business need on time. NPI’ delivered to meet business need in line with forecast and plan.
4. Cost: Plans and manages projects to reduce costs and maximize return on investment.. Reviews and reduces standard times, reduces materials usage, Leads and supports BPI, Kaizen. Manage projects in the territory to budget.
5. People: Within China ME, leads the team, communicates, motivates, develops and evaluates personnel, plans succession, cooperates with HR on other duties (attendance control, PPDR, disciplinary etc) Works and communicates with global / regional/ territory personnel to achieve OGSM.
6. Environment: to identify environmental projects to reduce the impact on the environment of hub activities in a cost-effective manner.
7. Knowledge: To provide expert knowledge and guidance to the business for Mfg engineering developments. To undertake research and keep abreast of developments in the field of manufacturing engineering and remanufacturing processes.

Requirements:
Education level: Degree or equivalent in Engineering or scientific discipline
Relevant previous experience: 6 years post qualification in manufacturing engineering of which 3 years production based and 2 years project management.
Language skills: English fluent technical. Chinese fluent technical.
Other skills and knowledge: Excellent knowledge Manufacturing engineering and quality tools including Lean, BPI, Toyota type production system. Knowledge of semiconductor business is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, organizational awareness and impact and influencing skills are a prerequisite.
Able to operate a senior level.
Experienced in managing people in diverse cultural environments
Knowledge of financial and business acumen
Analytical approach to problems using qualitative and quantitative techniques
Capable of defining, managing and delivering large scale projects and multiple projects on time & budget, to standard
Strong customer focus
Knowledge in SAP, expert CAD and PC skills including excel, project, word, PowerPoint.
