职位描述：
1. 负责协调对供应商的管理工作，包括供应商开发、资质评审、绩效评估、持续改进。
Be responsible for coordination of supplier management, including supplier identification, audit, qualification, performance evaluation, continuous improvement.
2. 维护合格供应商清单。
Maintain qualified supplier list.
3. 从项目、设计、测量、采购团队和供应商等处收集项目质量要求和时间计划，制定质量计划、控制计划和检查清单并跟踪供应商过程质量和产品质量。
Collect the project quality specification and time schedule from project team, Design team, measurement team, purchasing team and also suppliers, prepare the quality plan, control plan and checklist to follow up the supplier process quality and product quality.
4. 监控供应商质量体系、过程控制和交付质量，帮助供应商完善企业内部管理，推动供应商持续改进，以满足质量和交期。
Monitor of supplier quality system, process quality control and delivery quality. Help suppliers to improve the internal management, push supplier continuous improvement, in order to meet the quality, delivery requirement.
5. 分析和跟踪质量问题，指导和推动供应商解决生产中的问题，提供相应的技术支持，帮助供应商制定正确的生产工艺，以满足质量及交期。
Analyze and follow up the quality issues. Guide and push suppliers to resolve the problems which happened during manufacturing, and give technical support to meet the quality and delivery requirement.
6. 协助采购部对供应商的生产进度进行跟踪。
Support the purchasing department for the supplier manufacture progress follow up.
7. 完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务。
To complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

教育与学历：
Education & Academic Qualifications
？ 大学专科以上学历，机械专业
College degree and major in machinery
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
？ 5年以上机械零件加工和整包外包的供应商质量开发、审核和绩效评价供应商管理工作经验
5 years of supplier management experience for supplier quality development, audit and performance evaluation for mechanical parts manufacturing and turnkey outsourcing
特殊资格要求：
Specific Qualifications
？ ISO9001内部审核员
ISO9001 internal auditor
？ 熟悉机加件的加工流程，从下料，焊接，机加工，油漆等，对生产工艺有一定了解
Familiar with process flow for machining parts such as cutting, welding, machining and painting etc.
？ 熟悉2D图纸和3D数据
Familiar with 2D drawings and 3D data
？ 良好的质量计划和供应商质量跟踪的知识和执行能力
Good knowledge and execution in quality planning and supplier quality follow up
？ 熟练使用Office等办公软件，对ERP有一定了解
Familiar with office software, and know ERP.
？ 熟悉相关的质量工具和方法，如CP、SPC、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、8D
Familiar with related quality tools and methods, such as CP, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D
？ 必须具备优秀的人际沟通能力和团队精神
