Job description
Manpower Planning:
? Make manpower planning by organization analysis and ensure optimization of resources in each Department organization structure.
? Ensure all recruitment needs are fulfilled through effective recruitment channel and process, with the support from Talent Acquisition platform.
? Educate hiring managers on High-Touch Leadership Competency based interview skills and techniques.
? Work with Department on workforce planning, regarding quality/ quantity/ source of talents.
? Talent Planning,Succession Planning and Organization Development are well implemented.
Compensation & Benefits:
? Implement the C&B strategy and program, ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
? Identify the areas for improvement for both office and factory through market intelligence study.
Performance Management:
? Facilitate the performance management cycle of office, retail store and factory workers under the corporate guideline.
? Administrate the yearly salary adjustment and performance discussion session.
? Cascade corporate performance management tools and philosophies.
Training and Development:
? Work with Departments to identify the development needs of employees and propose solutions with the support from Learning & Development team.
? Ensure that the full spectrum of training and development activities are implemented smoothly.
? Be responsible for delivering the orientation program for office staff.
Employee Relations:
? Support Employee Relations to implement the various ER program.
? Set various communication channels to create an open and transparent working environment.
HR Administration:
? Provide consultancy/ advise to line managers on employee grievances and disciplinary cases.
? Advice line managers in interpretation and application of human resources policies.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree above in relevant major;
? Minimum of 5 years China related HR experiences in multi-national companies, experience in FMCG/ Retail is preferred;
? Hands-on experience in HR operational activities and detail oriented mindset;
? Excellent planning skills with strategic thinking;
? Learning agility;
? Customer focus and knowledge in business management;
? Good project management skills;
? Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment;
? Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, written and oral.
