职位描述：
Activities:
- Support Customer Multimodal Projects, focus on international rail freight (both FCL & LCL), in charge of both export & import business support on a daily basis
- Follow Rail SOP
- Handle customer bookings’ documentation & open file via CargoWise
- Handle system input according to Supervisor’s instruction
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
- Help Control AR
- Support daily, weekly & monthly KPI reports if required by clients
- Support track & trace report if required by clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Follow Code of Conduct

AREA OF ACTIVITY - COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL

Internal
- Coordinate with operations departments to facilitate Multimodal Operations to meet customer requirements
- Support supervisor to prepare any required reports
- Assist supervisor in handling daily projects through completing all assigned duties and tasks
External
