1.负责招投标，准备投标及合同文件，负责给业主招标评估建议
2.制定成本规划，工程预算，工程量预算及工程结算
3.协助商务经理进行合同谈判，成本分析，预算控制
4.合同管理，包括中期付款，并在合同问题上给予项目经理建议

职位要求：
1.工程造价管理或相关专业本科毕业
2.3年以上相关工作经验
3.具有酒店及商业方面工料测量顾问经验者优先
4.能将英文作为工作语言
