Day to Day Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in Forming.
Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new Tank startup.
Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. And developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in Forming.
Works on melting process problems definition and scope. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
First response & coordination to Tank trouble or emergency, and asking resource.
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree above, major in thermodynamics , fluid mechanics ,Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other engineering related
3 years work experience at least
Required Skills
Statistic knowledge or KT skill
Knowledge of ISO management system
Habit of PCPD, 5S, Change management
Familiar with Mircosoft Office and PC skill
Soft Skills
Good presentation and reporting skill
Strong ownership of achieving plant goal
Work independently by him/herself and also work well within team group
