职位描述：
职责表述：会计核算
1、会计凭证账务处理要及时、准确、真实反映经济业务（凭证与附件相符；附件应齐全，且所附发票应合规、有效）；实名操作系统；凭证录入前，签字手续完备的再次复核；
2、账面货币资金与出纳一致；
3、报表及时（按时提供财务报表、申报表、缴款书、发票、统计报表等）
职责表述：费用审核
1、费用审核：费用的发生严格按照全面预算执行；预算外支出严格按照预算外审批流程、审批权限执行；
2、合同审核：按合同法、集团的特定要求审核（发票、付款、划款账户、比价项目）
职责描述：资金盘点
每周必须进行资金盘点（由会计监盘）以确保出纳库存现金与会计账面现金一致；
职责描述：往来核对
集团公司与各子（分）公司及各子（分）公司之间的往来款统一归入规定科目；内部往来挂账附件齐全；各公司月末结账前应通过协同与各往来公司对帐清楚，不允许单边挂账；当月未达帐应编制附表调节表，且调节表应经对账单位往来会计、财务负责人确认。
