JOB DESCRITION:

As project engineer Industrial Air, you design new industrial products and deliver projects on time in full. You will play an active role in designing the future generation of Bolaite's Industrial Air products.

You:
1. Develop new products based on the requirement from the market, following up the committed time/cost and quality requirements.
2. Comply with the standard product development process.
3. Lead the engineering development process for the different projects. Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Respect to the set planning once the project plan is assigned.
4. Work closely with Sourcing, Production, Quality, Marketing and Aftermarket department in order to deliver the project according to the deliverables defined in the Master Spec.
5. Chair the Project Team Meetings to coordinate the project and define actions in order to realize the project on time
6. Write functional specs and define the test program to ensure the new products meet the right quality level.
7. Play an active role in technical meetings with suppliers and give the Sourcing department the support needed in order to have components with the right quality at the most competitive cost.
8. Develop competent technical skill to support the growth of the company.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience requirements
1. Minimum 3 years product design and development experience in machine engineering, preferable in compressor packaging
3. Experience in project management is a plus.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
1. University degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related area.
2. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
3. Good CAD skills, as well as software skills (Lotus Notes, MS Office)
4. Being familiar with oil injection screw compressors is a plus
