职位描述：
Mission
? Coordination related internal and external departments to ensure purchasing process timely and smoothly.
? Coordinateion releated suppliers to fulfill purchasing requisition.
? Management and maintain suppliers.

Functional Responsibilities
? Coordination related internal and external departments to ensure purchasing process timely and smoothly.
? In charge of soucring for new suppliers and products/services
? Responsible for quotation from supplier to control purchasing cost.
? Keep close communication and follow-up with Germany, France & local suppliers to make sure the products/parts are delivered with required quality and timely.
? Collect and manage purchasing documentations.
? Purchasing performance anaysis.
? Supplier management, maintain and developping.
? Supplier measurement.
? Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualification
? Bachelor degree preferred in Supply chain technical.
? Be familiar with purchasing, sourcing, supply chain knowledge.
? 5 years work experience of purchasing, sourcing.
? Fluent in both written and spoken English.
? Professional PC skills for Excel, Word, PPT etc.
? Good communication skills and teamwork cooperative spirit.
? Be familiar with SAP.
