First 6 months is base in Minhang, after new company set up, the candidate will be base in Lingang Fengxian.
Because this candidate is recruited for our new brother company---a new set up company, this candidate will be responsible for both Finance and HR issues:
HR related:
1. New employee recruit and all employee changes and management
2. Daily administration works
Finance related:
1. Check the staff reimbursement application, check the bank payment application
2. Cash management
3. Issue invoice, VAT-in invoice verification and reconcile with the booking
4. Bind the accounting vouchers
5. Book vouchers
6. Product cost calculation
7. Tax issues
8. Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager
Requirements:
1. 2-4 years working experience in Finance/HR department
2. Team worker, have the strong sense of responsibility
3. Positive, patient and honest
4. Good skills of excel and English
