Necessary skills:
* University degree in Computer Engineering or related
* > 5 years of software development experience
* > 3 years of experience of project management
* > 3 years of experience of requirements analysis and system design.
Desirable skills:
* Aviation industry experience
* Experiences to work in international environment, especially with US or European teams.
* Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)
* Experience of software Lifecycle Management with the usual tools and methods
Soft skills:
* Strong personal sense of responsibility
* Strong ability to familiarize with complex technical and functional topics in short period of time
* Strong ability to work in a team
* High motivation and resistance to high work load
* English (business fluent)
* Willingness to work in intercultural projects
* Organized independent working style
* Strong ability in communication
* Willingness to travel (when need, <10 times per year, most time <1 week)
