主要职责
1，完成中心每月的销售指标，分配任务指标，监督执行；
2， 参与和支援相关销售和市场活动；
3，发展客户关系并且为目标客户提供专业的课程信息和相关启育知识；
4， 对儿童的发展和进步给予咨询意见；
5，提高团队的专业度、执行力、服务质量等；

6， 对顾问进行早教、销售、服务进行专业的培训，鼓舞团队士气，帮助顾问成长；
7，管理部门内部事务，处理顾客的各种问题，应对客诉；与其他部门良好沟通。

入职要求：
岗位要求
1.本科或者以上学历；
2.热爱销售工作，工作敬业，抗压性强，愿意接受挑战；
3.三年以上销售经验,有教育培训行业经验优先；
4.具有良好的亲和力、服务意识和人际沟通能力；
5.喜爱孩子,有相关工作经验者优先；
7.简历请附近期照片1张。
8.高额基本工资+高额提成+奖金

Head Consultant（Sales＋Customer Service）
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and direct marketing
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Sales and marketing activities
- Develop and maintain customer relationship
- Provide consultation and advise on children development and progress
- Uphold premium service and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree & above, majoring in education preferred
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential (level6 or above)
- Minimum 3 years of sales or service background
- Professional in experience and demeanor
- Enthusiastic about ECD industry, enjoy working with children
- Patient, attention to details, strong sense of responsibility
