负责分公司电话行销的业务规划，组织发展，绩效评估与运营管理，达成整体业绩目标，并提供最佳的电话行销服务品质，同时保证电话营销中心的运作符合成本控制的目标。
- 人力发展：根据渠道业务发展计划及人力发展计划,通过创新及积极的招募方式,保证足够的优秀人才加入，以满足渠道人力要求，实现渠道快速扩张
- 人才培养：通过招募及培训管理,为渠道建立一个非常积极的,有绩效的及专业的电话行销销售及管理团队,在人才培养领域建立大都会的竞争优势,确保渠道业绩的达成以及稳定的增长
- 业务管理：通过日常销售管理，运营管理，业务推动，团队建设，规划、管理及控制电销中心的运作，以便用有效率及高效能的方法达成绩效
- 在符合优质绩效的目标下，确保电销中心的资源做最有效的利用。
- 负责销售过程的品质管控, 通过不断提高销售品质，降低公司风险和损失,确保渠道健康发展
- 有效地协调内部各部门的资源，以取得最大的支持
- 发现及校正任何影响生产力及获利方面的营运问题。

1. 教育背景：大学毕业或以上
2. 工作背景
- 10年以上培训或保险销售或其他大型销售团队管理经验
- 电话行销保险销售及管理经验优先
3. 语言：英语能力良好
4. 良好的沟通技巧和协调能力
5. 优秀的逻辑思维能力及分析能力
6. 创新能力
