职位描述
岗位职责:
1、 经总经理授权，负责对物业服务的质量检查，对各职能部门进行全面检查、监督和协调；协助总经理制定物业的质量管理计划和开展质量活动方案，并组织实施；
2、 协助总经理对各类报告及函件进行审核，并根据指示草拟各类文件；
3、 协助总经理制定质量管理的质量管理体系及考核标准并组织实施；
4、准确传达总经理指示，协调配合各部门工作，并将跟进情况及时反馈于总经理；
5、负责新物业的接管及管理处的筹办工作。
任职要求：
1. 学历：专科及以上学历；
2. 专业或职称：持有物业管理上岗证，持有住建部物业管理师或中级职称优先；
3. 年龄：50岁以下；
4. 经验：5年以上物业行业工作经验，熟悉物业相关法律法规；
5. 基本技能：有丰富的从业经验和较强组织协调、综合管理能力，沟通能力；有较强的综合协调能力，能够独立负责较大型项目的组织实施，掌握相关政策法规；能有效与业主、住户沟通，组织管理能力及文字表达能力；能有效激励部门基层人员成长，推动工作开展；
6. 基本素质：具备职业精神及良好的职业道德修养，身体健康，仪表端正，具有强烈的创新与服务意识。
