Key Responsibilities:
• Apply measurement science, mathematics, physics, and engineering principles in the design/development of measurements processes, methods and procedures for calibration of inspection measurement and test equipment and testing of products and components.
• Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSAs) based on the principles of traceability and analysis of accuracy and precision requirements.
• Use statistics to analyze calibration and testing processes.
• Providing technical interpretation of measurement results and specification, and providing general consultation on metrology issues.
• Assist in the design and development of specialized M&TE.
• Provides technical guidance in the development and execution of M&TE capability studies.
• Provide technical training on calibration processes and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with laboratory quality system requirements.
• Select and manage specialized software used in the lab for calibration and testing off-line measurement data analysis, control of automated calibrations and testing etc..
• Best practice sharing and global synergies for process documentation and improvement.
• Maintain regular review with customers.
• Ensure all local procedure such as HSE, ISO9001 have been followed
• Be able to complete project without or with minor supervision
• Implement routines in the Metrology Lab, including writing all procedures and instructions.
Additional Key Responsibilities :

• Local projects support by using metrology lab equipment
Qualifications

Education and Experience Prerequisites:
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Internal Combustion Engine Engineering or other related disciplines.
 At least 3 years technical experience in engine industry or related industry.
 An additional previous experience in lab is a plus.
 Skilled on the Metrology process.
• Good knowledge of materials preferred.

• Good English Communication Skills – Oral, Speaking, Listening etc.
