Job description 工作职责
1.Assist to set up the whole procurement strategy and monitor the procurement process;
协助建立项目总体采购策略并监控采购进程

2.Assist to organize the procurement process, make necessary stage report(long list/pre-qua./tender evaluation etc. ) to Project director and the client;
协助采购及成本经理协调采购进程，作出采购各阶段的相关报告（长名单、预审、评标等）

3.Assist to organize necessary procurement meetings, and prepare the agenda and make the minutes;
协助组织必要的采购会议，并准备会议议程及整理会议纪要

4.Assist to organize and take part in the negotiation with the bidders in the tender and contract issue;
参加与投标单位的投标及合同谈判，整理相关会议纪要及合同文件准备

5.Assist to manage the design and other change, prepare the relevant document and monitor the procedure, set up the track log and follow the process.
协助成本经理进行工程变更管理，完成相应程序文件并监控流程，建立相应台账并跟踪。

6.Assist to monitor the project cost variation, set up the cost log and make necessary analysis for the cost variation, give cost report to the Project director and the client;
协助监控项目成本变更，建立成本控制台账并作出相应成本变更分析，提交成本报告

7.Assist in the business negotiation with contractors on variations and final account, and prepare the relevant document and manage the procedure.
协助进行项目变更商务谈判及最终结算谈判，准备相关文件及进行程序管理。

8.Assist to manage the project payment issue in accordance with the contract, such as the interim/monthly payment, final account etc.
协助进行项目付款管理事宜，包括月度进度款及最终结算

9.Assist to complete other project management work regarding commercial parts
协助完成其它商务相关的项目管理工作


Qualification 任职资格
1.Major in construction management or relevant, above 3 years relevant working experience;
工程相关专业毕业，3年以上相关工作经验

2.Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking;
具英文环境工作能力

3.Relevant working experience in foreign PCM or the owner is prefer;
外资业主或项目管理公司工作经验优先考虑

4.Big project procurement and cost management experience is prefer;
大型项目采购及成本管理经验优先考虑

5.Good command of the necessary QS software, such as Guanglianda etc.
熟悉相关造价管理软件，如“广联达”等
