Responsibilities


Engineering:
? Monitor and control design quality and schedule in the Building Automation system, security system, automatic fire alarm system, CCTV, IT, public/ emergency broadcast system, POS system, car-park management system and other low current systems
? Work with engineers from ELV system vendors, LDI, PCM and other consultants to be in line with Technical Design Manual.
? Meet with IICG's needs by coordinating with colleagues from operation, leasing, TC and other team.
? Review the tender drawings, construction drawings in accordance with the TDM as well as local codes and regulations.
? Attend the regular project design meeting, including value engineering meeting with proposals.
? Technically support on other MEP works and the relevant utility connection to the plot.


Procurement:
? Technically be involved in tender process.
? Review the tender documentation and attend the clarification meeting.
? Technical evaluation on the bidder's technical capability.
? Technical ranking on the bidders' qualification and performance in the interview.
? Technically support on other MEP works


Construction:
? Review shop drawings, samples, catalogue data in accordance with plans and specifications, scope, installation procedures, site considerations, and in regards to coordination with other trades.
? Monitor and control shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, requests for information, change orders and other as determined necessary for a successful project.
? Prepare Quality checklist, inspect and signoff on Construction Quality.
? Technical support fit-out manager during fit-out period.
? Construction site daily monitoring including program, quality and safety.
? Technically support on other MEP works


Close-out
? Technically monitor and control the testing and commissioning process.
? Technically accept the as-built works.
? Review the as-built ELV drawings.
? Handover ELV system to Operation
? Technically support on other MEP works

Future project
? Responsible for preparatory work for future projects.

Knowledge sharing
? Responsible for identifying and establishing common good practice in ELV aspect.


Qualifications

Knowledge& Background:

? University degree in Electrical or ELV engineering related.
? >10 years experience of ELV engineering, procurement and construction.
? Experience in the shopping centre projects is preferred.
? Good English in oral and written.
