Provides Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure the maintenance team are meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives.

2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment

计划并执行生产设备及辅助设备的日常维护

3. Responsible for strong skill support from electrical side to ensure maintenance high performance.

负责支持从电侧有较强,确保高效能的维护

4. Troubleshoot and investigates electrical and instrumental failures.

电气部分和仪器的故障调查及故障排除

5. Support maintenance manager to make equipment preventive maintenance plan and implement preventive maintenance

支持维护经理制定设备预防性维护计划并执行

6. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition

不断提高设备的可靠性，采取预防措施，以保持设备完好

7. Support maintenance manager to ensure equipment and utility running smoothly meet production requirement.

支持维护经理，以确保设备及设施的平稳运行，满足生产需要。

8. Communicate with external contractors and purchaser for equipment maintenance and order spare parts

与外部供应商及采购员沟通，以完成对设备的维护和备件订购

9. Responsible for equipment maintenance knowledge training and equipment operation training

负责设备维护知识及设备操作的培训

Qualifications and Requirements

资格及要求

Bachelor degree or above with professional automatic control background

电气或自动控制相关专业本科或以上学历

Above 5 years’electrical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting

5年或以上电气维护工作经验，良好的故障排除能力

Familiar with SIEMENS PLC programming and Servo motor control system

熟悉西门子PLC程序和伺服控制系统

Able to read and draw electrical prints and ladder diagram

能够读和画电气原理图

Good team work spirit and strong responsibility

良好的团队工作精神和强烈的责任心

Able to read and speak English (conversation level)

能够读、写英语（可用英语沟通）
