职位描述：
1.Establish and implement contractual partnership with suppliers or subcontractors;
2.Ensure distribution and follow-up of RFQ's;
3.Participates in the evaluation and qualification of the suppliers;
4.Respect ACS Purchasing Ethics Values, safety and environmental requirements;
5.Realise and submit purchase orders following procedure;
6.Submit and follow-up supplier debit notes following procedure;
7.MRO purchasing;
8.Cost saving;
9.Negociate, optimize and manage prices and payment terms;
10.Participates in the improvement of the Quality and HSE Management Systems;
11.Respect the safety and environmental rules of the company.

岗位要求：
1.College or above;
2.Good English both in oral and written is preferred;
3.Major in Mechanical or Trade;
4.Purchasing experience will be plus;
5.Can work under pressure;
