General Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing the sales activities in a sales area. Has superior knowledge of the organization, the business and sales strategies. Participates in the development of the sales strategy and staffing model. Maintains some key client relationships. Manages and trains a team of sales staff.

Baseline & Principal Responsibilities
· Supervises sales representatives in the responsible area.
· Conducts training for sales employees.
· Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force.
· Assists in establishing sales quotas and budgets.
· Serves the needs and requirements of a few key sales account.
· Establishes and maintains relationships with distributors and customers.
· Provides key communication linkage among sales, marketing and other functions.
· Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.

Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
· Bachelor or above degree major in engineering related
· Above 5 years business experience in relevant industry
· Solid sales management skills and experience
· Good understanding of automation instrumentation capabilities
· Able to manager a sales teams
· Sound coaching skill and innovation spirit.
