Medical Consumables Quality Inspector \ 医疗耗材质量检验员
Location工作地点: Hubei and nearby Area 湖北及其周边
Reporting to 汇报对象: Quality Control Manager 质量经理
Salary 薪水：Negotiable 面议
Responsibilities职位描述:
Purpose: Drive supplier capability & performance to ensure the quality of purchased products can meet specifications & requirements sustainably
目的：推动供应商的能力和性能,以确保采购产品的质量能满足规范和可持续的要求
Main responsibilities include but not limit: 主要职位描述
1. Conduct pre-shipment inspections (PSI) as required by business objectives & established schedule.
根据业务目标和既定的时间表进行预装运检查
2. Write inspection reports.
出具检验报告
3. Prepare & require supplier to provide re-work sheet & CAPA for defects or nonconformities found during PSI.
供应商为在PSI期间发现的缺陷或不符合情况提供重新工作表和CAPA
4. Upload related reports to designated website database.
上传相应的报告到数据库。
5. Collect required data.
收集必要的数据
6. Other quality related tasks as assigned by management.
其他与质量相关的工作
Qualifications 岗位条件:
1. College graduate with technical/engineering background.
大学专科或者以上学历
2. 1-3 years experience of disposable medical products quality inspection (or quality assurance experience at a facility manufacturing medical products) is required
1-3年的一次性医疗用品的质量检验经验
3. Willing to travel 2-3 days per week in Hubei or nearby.
愿意每周出差2-3天在湖北及周边地区
4. Good knowledge of manufacturing process is needed.
良好的制造工艺知识
5. Working knowledge of medical device requirements or regulations, such as, EN ISO 13485/EN 13795/EN ISO 11607/ISO 11135.
熟悉了解相关质量管理体系程序
6. Must be an independent/efficient worker capable of conducting inspections.
能够独立高效的完成工作
7. Good written and oral communicating in English.
良好的书面及日常英语交流能力
8. Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel,MS-Word etc.
熟悉应用办公软件
9. Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, have rigor and be detail oriented. Punctual, Organized, Responsible.
具有良好的职业道德，严谨细心有强烈的工作责任感，踏实稳定的工作态度
