职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
Today
Solve customers’ technical problems
Being SME in customer response process to proactively address potential issues and to thoroughly resolve any quality issues raised by customers; guide and drive resolution to customer technical issues
Define and champion product enhancements, technical support to anticipate and proactively address potential technical issues
Communicate effectively for root cause identification and action implementation internally and externally
Work directly with printers for troubleshooting and guide printers for problem solving

Provide guidance and assistance PE to translate customer requirement into printing requirement/specification
Ability to translate TV/MTR requirements into printing LGP specification
Define and prioritize printing requirements and to translate those requirements into a set of product attributes that can be accurately measured
Anticipate the potential challenges for meeting the specification, and provide guidance to printers to evaluate solution ahead of time

Future
Provide recommendation on printing technologies to enable glass goes thin
Update and maintain printing LGP roadmap
Assess the existing and developing printing technologies
Work closely with printers and engineers to design experiment for testing possible solution
Provide recommendation and justification
Highlight product enhancement opportunity
Articulate the implication of TV/MTR, backlight trends on printing LGP requirements. Work in coordination with Corning’s R&D and technology teams to define how Corning’s product portfolio meets the requirements, and recommend new products, product enhancements and technical services
Support AE/PE, Development, Division Engineering, Manufacturing in conducting cost/benefit analysis and tests for proposed product improvement and new product introductions

Basic requirement:
Education
？ Bachelor’s degree and above in science or engineering (Chemical or Materials science degree preferred)

Experience:
？ With 5 years’ experience above in engineering field
？ Work experience in printer, ink development, light extraction pattern design
？ Experience for project management
？ Experience with risk and statistical analysis
？ BLU industry is preferred

Required Skills:
？ Ability to understand details of customer processes and equipment, clarify customer’ requirements and translate them into product attributes and specifications
？ Ability to engage and interact effectively with internal groups to assure the right process flow
？ Ability to engage and interact with external value chain to collect and validate technology status
？ Ability for problem solving and provide guidance with logical approach
？ Ability to plan, execute JE at customer site and communicate results
？ Ability to look across entire customer base to determine and prioritize product improvement areas
？ Fluent in Chinese and English, ability to communicate by e-mail, phone as internal communication will be across country and cultures
？ Domestic travel and flexible working time is required
？ English proficiency: TOEIC 750 is a plus. 举报 分享
