R&R for intern position:
? Recruitment (30%)
? Handles recruitment of entry to mid level professional positions
? HR Administration (30%)
? Responsible for monthly transportation/mobile phone fee reimbursement collection and data report
? Responsible for drivers monthly expense insurance collection and data report
? Assistant to employee’s Shanghai residence card and Shanghai Hukou application process
? Assistant to employee absence tracking collection and annual leave tracking sheet update
? Assistant to documentations preparation process of TCN work permit renewal
? Assistant to invitation letter, dispatch letter for visa application process
? Manage documentation filling for HR department
? Assistant to the internal communication note drafting and reviewing with communications department
? Backup for receptionist position
? HR Projects (40%)
? Responsible for monthly team building program logistics preparation and expense tracking
? Support for 2016 Visteon China annual dinner project, such as hotel research, performances preparation, opening video edition, outside purchasing, logistics preparation and on-site support
? Other adhoc tasks assigned for HR projects
Education:
? Candidate for Bachelor or above Degree, majoring in Human Resources, business management or psychology related discipline. Candidates for Master Degree are a plus.
Required Skills and Experience:
? Good at data analysis, market research for HR related topics
? Had multi-international company internship experience
? Had multi-tasks handling skill and priority sense
? Familiar with MS office software, such as excel, PPT, word and video edition software
? Team work spirit and good communication skill
? Can work at least three days per week and last six months or even longer for the internship
Language:
? Good communication skills in both spoken English and written English
