Key Responsibilities
1 Effectively manage and optimize the talent acquisition process
2 Manage the TA channels to improve the hiring productivity
3 Develop annual recruiting plan according to business needs
4 Analyze and track hiring progress and results
5 Execute the hiring plan base on good understanding of business needs, hire qualified candidates fit for position


Job Specifications
1 Bachelor degree or above, 5 to 8 Years proven successful experience in recruitment field.
2 Strong interviewing skills and offer negotiation skill.
3 Good communication and influencing skills.
4 Good command of English and excellent in MS office (PPT, Excel).
5 Good business sense.
