职位描述：
1. 负责领导自己公司和/或供应商的组长以专业和高效地方法完成相应的电气安装/PLC调试工作并且确保要求的电气（安装和调试）标准在计划的框架和预算里。
Responsible to lead own and/or hired Group Leaders to realize delegated electric installation / PLC commissioning work in a professional and efficient way and ensure required electric (installation and commissioning) standard within planned time frame and budget.
2. 积极努力支持项目团队解决问题，确保项目在质量，时间和成本方面的进行
Actively support project team effort in problem solutions to ensure desired project
     Performance in quality, time and cost.
3 3. 准备和参加操作层面上的客户会议（生产，维护…），澄清技术问题，定义行动计划，确保实现承诺的时间计划
              Prepare and attend Customer meetings on the operational level (Production,
              Maintenance…) to clarify technical issues define action plan and ensure realization in the
              Committed Timeline.
3 4. 确保准备好所负责的现场的所有需要的文件/记录/说明书/计划 Ensure the preparation of all required documents / records / descriptions / planning for the responsible site.

6. 遵守公司/事业部/部门要求/政策，确保在解决问题，项目表现和环境健康安全方面的专业能力
      Follow company/BU/department requirements/strategies to ensure competent
       Professionalism in solution, project performance and EHS.
教育与学历：
Education & Academic Qualifications
? 大学或同等教育水平，在电气或者自动化方面
Colleague or equivalent experience level in electric or automation
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
? 4年以上工作经验
04+ years of working experience;
? 2年以上管理经验
02+ years of Leading experience
? 5年以上同类业务经验
05+ years of similar industry experience;
? 掌握电气和PLC原理
Good electric and PLC knowledge;
? 掌握Windows/MS Office知识
Good Windows / MS Office knowledge;
? 熟悉OEM车身车间的布局和流程
Good Understand OEM body shop layout and processes;
? 熟悉OEM车身车间电气（安装和调试）标准
Good Understand OEM body shop electric (Installation and Commissioning) standards;
? 有气路/机械方面的知识
Have knowledge of pneumatic / mechanic
? 有EPLAN知识
Have EPlan knowledge;
