职位描述：
1. 支持销售部门的激光应用方案设计，参与前期的工艺分析和技术交流会议.
Support laser application proposal of sales department, participate in analysis of laser process and technical exchange meeting.
2. 根据客户的要求创建相关设备的RFQ.
Create RFQ of related equipment in laser cell according to customer's requirement,
3. 和设计部门一起完成激光工位的设计.
Work together with DED to finish the design of laser cell.
4. 支持现场激光工位的安装和调试.
Support the installation and commissionging of laser cell.
5. 参与供应商技术交流，参与采购件选型。
Participate in technical communication with supplier, to determine the type of purchase parts.
6. 跟踪加工和装配，解决加工和装配过程中发现的设计问题。
Tracking processing and assembly, solve the design related problem during the processing and assembly.
   教育与学历：
Education & Academic Qualifications
？ 本科，电气工程专业
Bachelor, majored in electrical engineering
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
？ 5年以上汽车行业激光应用经验
5+ Laser application experience in automotive industry.
？ 熟悉白车身行业机器人激光应用，比如Kuka, ABB 和Fanuc
Familar with the robot application in BIW ，such as KUKA，ABB and Fanuc
？ 熟悉白车身行业激光器的应用，比如Trumpf ， Laserline and IPG.
Familar with the laser generator application ，such as Trumpf，Laserline and IPG.
？ 具有机器人激光调试能力；比如激光钎焊
Have the ability of commissioning in robot and laser，such as laser brazing.
？ 了解设计标准和项目流程；
