职位描述：
1、带领市场部员工根据企业战略和市场以及各地销售的要求，编制国内年度市场活动计划，包括但不限于SEMINAR、网络推广、专业论坛、国内大型学术报告会议等。
2、按照市场活动计划组织各种市场推广活动，对市场推广方案的合理性和可操作性负责。
3、对市场热点进行全面跟踪和了解，作出合理分析，协助产品部及时拿出解决方案。
4、协助产品部开展市场调查工作，及时掌握客户要求，并和产品部一起及时推出符合客户要求的产品和解决方案。
5、根据公司市场经费的状况，编制市场活动各项费用预算，并控制相关费用的支出。
6、和各类媒体、政府机关及相关社会机构建立良好的合作关系。
7、负责企业品牌的推广及品牌运作工作，包括海外市场。
8、负责市场部内部管理工作 ，包括但不限于各类样本编印、竞争对手动态分析、网站维护和更新、海外市场拓展等。
职位要求：
1、至少五年市场营销相关工作经验，熟悉市场工作各类方法流程。
2、有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力。
3、有和媒体合作的经验，具备大型市场活动的规划、管理能力。
4、工作努力，积极进取，良好的沟通、协调、组织能力。
5、高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。
6、本科以上学历，良好的英文能力，能和国外客户流利沟通。
Job description：
1. Lead marketing team to work out annual marketing activities which include but not limit within SEMINAR, Web promotion, Forum conference, and academic conference.
2. Carry out planned marketing activities and be responsible for feasibility.
3. Follow up hot topics among market and give reasonable analysis to support product department for detailed solution.
4. Assist product department to conduct market survey; pay close attention to customer demands and assist product depart to launch necessary products and solution.
5. Work out marketing budget and be able to control the budget according to details.
6. Build up good relationship with various medias， government sectors and organizations.
7. Be responsible for branding both domestically and overseas.
8. Be responsible for management within marketing department, including not limit within brochure printing, marketing analysis, website maintenance and oversea marketing activities.
Job requirements：
1. At least 5 years marketing experience, familiar with various marketing tools.
2. Be sensitive to market tendency, and able to work out solution.
3. Good experience with media, and able to plan and manage marketing activities.
4. Hard working, positive thinking, good communication and coordination skills.
5. High working passion and team spirit.
6. Bachelor degree or above with good English skills, especially speaking.
