职位描述：
? Responsible for provide the quotation for PM on the new project NRE cost and VA (value added) cost, estimate CT and headcount used for each process, provide accuracy quotation to business for engineering.
负责提供新项目NRE费用和生产附加费用给项目经理，预估每一个阶段的CT和使用的员工数，提供准确的工程报价给到商务部门。
? Provide the preliminary DFX report for customer and list out potential risk evaluation for both embest and customer for new project during RFQ stage.
负责提供初步的DFX报告给客户，在新项目RFQ阶段对可能影响到英蓓特和客户存在的潜在风险进行评估。
? Design and provide the best panel design for procurement in RFQ stage, which is comply with PCB best utilization and CEM machine configuration.
在报价阶段，根据PCB的设计和供应商机器配置，设计出最优的PCB拼版。
? Review and archive all the customer file for new project, transfer the customer or R&D requirement to an embest fabrication requirement file to CEM
复查和归档所有新项目的客户文件，将客户或研发的需求转换成制造性要求文件，并给到CEM.
? Specify and evaluate the process parameters and materials used in new project
负责新项目的工艺参数和所用材料的评估。
? According to product process flow, design, prepare and evaluate tooling and fixture that should be used in line, especially for stencil, pallet and depanel fixture.
根据产品工艺流程，设计、筹备和评估生产线使用的模具和夹具，特别是钢网、托盘和分板夹具等。
? Follow up the product prototype building, monitor line efficiency to ensure compliance with quote targets for machine output and headcount requirements
跟进产品原型机生产，监控产线效率,确保和报价的机器产量目标和员工需求等一致。
? Evaluate the machine capability of the CEM, determine whether the machine is suitable for embest’s product both in quality and cost concerns.
评估CEM的设备能力，确定该设备在质量和成本方面符合英蓓特的产品需求。
? Specify the process parameters and materials, such as reflow and wave soldering machine settings, and the solder pastes and fluxes to be used.
定义要使用的工艺参数和物料，如回流焊，波峰焊参数、锡膏和松香等。
? Provide expertise line support, the problem solving efforts can achieve high levels of continuous improvement
提供专业技术支持，能够解决工艺问题，实现高水平的持续改进。
? Maintain contact with R&D and CEM to ensure good awareness and understanding of the new technologies
与研发和CEM保持联系，确保有良好的意识和及时掌握新技术。
? Lead the new project kickoff meeting and handover meeting to embest production after finishing the prototype building with certain target.
主持新项目的开始会议，完成原型生产与特定的目标后负责转交生产。
? Participate in customer meeting and audit, and effectively present embest processes, and strengths to current customer
参与客户会议和审计，并展现出英蓓特的流程以及优势给客户。
? Drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle time, headcount, administration expenses, material scrap and poor test yields due to manufacturing related defect
降低生产的总成本，包括生产时间，员工说，管理费用，报废料和测试良品率低等引起的不良等。
? Consistently investigate all facets of process variation of optimizing the production line efficiency. Such as line layout, workplace layout and process flow.
? 持续跟进优化生产线效率和制程，包括线布局，工作场所布置和工序流程。
任职资格：
? The skills on new project for providing accuracy engineering quotation.
能够准确性提供新项目工程报价
? Skilled in design flow chart, process control plan.
熟练设计流程图、过程控制计划
? Familiar with the DFM,DOE, SPC tools
熟悉DFM、DOE、SPC工具的使用
? Skilled in use CAM350, AutoCAD, Valor, minitab etc. software
能够熟练使用CAM350、CAD、Valor、minitab等软件
? Good knowledge in project management
良好的项目管理知识
? Good knowledge on the CPK and MSA analysis.
? 熟悉CPK的计算和测量系统分析
? Knowledge of all the process of electronics manufacturing, including of the SMT, wave soldering and assembly.
所有的电子产品制造工艺的知识，包括SMT、波峰焊接和组装

? Majority in electronics or computer science ,management etc.
电子类、计算机，管理等专业大专及以上学历

? 5-years NPI and process experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
在电子制造行业有5年的NPI和制程工程师经验
? Experience in measuring and assembly fixture design. Familiar with packing design.
熟悉测量，装配夹具和包装的设计
? Experience in technical communication.
