The Manager, Human Resources is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our initiatives around flexible fulfillment centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This position will lead the human resource function and is responsible for aligning HR planning, Staffing, HRIS and other HR functions across China. The position will work closely with leadership team, continuously supporting the needs in China.  This position reports into the Global Head of Human Resources, based in Fremont, CA (US).
The Manager, Human Resources designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for Mattson Technology includes benefits, employee relations, training, labor law compliance, policies, etc.  A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. You should have excellent organizational skills and initiative, with the ability to manage the day-to-day HR processes effectively.
 
Job requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field, coupled with 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, facilitation and coaching skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility
