Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experiences:
? Minimum 2 year experience providing support to customers
Skills and abilities:
? Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
? Strong self-organization skills.
? Effective communication skills.
? Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical employees.
? Must be detailed-oriented, quality-conscious and able to interface effectively via phone or email with both technical and non-technical clients.
? Knowledge with Windows is required: Windows 7 – Windows 2k8 Server is required.
? Knowledge with MS Active Directory is required.
? Knowledge with Cisco routers & switches is a plus.
? Basic knowledge of System administration, IT Infrastructure, Software development, JIRA and Active Directory (including Data, Help Desk Management, Web, Network, Computers, CCTV, Printers, Scanners, Operations, Middleware, Storage, Networks, Operating Systems, Compliance, Security, etc.) to troubleshoot the issues.

Responsibilities:
? Identifying, documenting and troubleshooting user issues. Serving as the first point of contact for trouble shooting hardware and software problems and escalate to the correct party if needed.
? Resolving customer submitted requests or tickets, collaborating and working with other IT teams to resolve issues.
? Providing overall relationship management and coordinating required resources to respond to complex IT requirements.
? Strive for high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction. Follow agreed SLAs.
? Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT Help Desk and escalate to the correct IT team if necessary.
? Configuring and troubleshooting Windows related issues.
? Receive technical support calls, troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
? Test new technologies for possible implementations.
? Write test plan, test case, test report, user manual.
? Report to Help Desk team lead periodically on the performance/improvement.
? Responsibilities may change as the business grows and so therefore any candidate will need to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
