职位描述：
Functional responsibilities:

Sales Admin
? Quotation create according to the request from sales/service team.
? SAP service procedure login & follow up.
? Summarize the basic information including but not limited quotations, local and indent orders/sales, service orders,monthly forecast, other sales related data, DSO statistic and check the status
? Processing of sales/service orders transmitted to the company
? Processing purchase orders to vendors
? Stock movements
? Negotiation with local suppliers on local procurement
? Support and provide critical analysis of sales/service activity, proactively reporting findings and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed
? Provide customers information concerning product pricing and availability

Service Admin
? As main contact piont for customers, deliver the prompt and effective daily services to customer, including technical query, field service request, complaints, service quotation & payment follow-up etc.
? Take high initiative to fully manage all inbound customer requests as an owner, closely coordinate with related teams for a solution and proactively respond to customer with updates until it’s closed.
? Collect customer needs and identify the service business opportunities, eslcate to Customer Care Manager for further actions.
? Analysis of the customer installbase list , communication with customers via phone call and record every client review results, make the results of the analysis, in order to improve the service or new service product development

Qualifications
? Education: College Diploma or above
? Working Experience: 5 years or above, SAP experience is preferred
? Good written and oral communication skills,both in Chinese& English
? Good communication and negotiation skill.
? Ability to work on his/her own initiative while prioritizing and meeting deadlines. 举报 分享
