职位描述：
Main Purpose of the job
The role of a Program Logistics Engineer is to organize the logistics, coordinate the data processing related to the projects and to respect the pre-established budgets

Main missions
1st part,Logistics Acquisition and strategic planning

1.In charge of the Acquisition for PCL, using the standard toolings and obey the validation process
2.Define the Logistics diagrams of Transportation and package solution for footprint footprint scenario and analysis
3.Develop the Logistics hypotheses (material flow diagram and preliminary data processing) and Validate the hypothesis of Logistics costing
4.Integrate the strategy mid-term with the impacts on logistics and production, Study the logistics costs associated with the processes
5.Develop the packaging prototypes with our suppliers, define the specifications of the preliminary packaging for mass production
6.Be the primary contact for the customer regarding the logistics of the project

2nd part, New footprint program launch and all program’s logistics IBP validation

1.Taking the whole New footprint Program PCL Workload, focus on the layout solution and benchmark flow standard building, implement
2.Support Plant Program Logistics Engineer to achieve smooth transition and handover
3.Participate in the all projects IBP validation review period, in charge of whole program’s logistic function launch base on Faurecia program management process, including decentralization process
4.In charge of Program Logistics function benchmark targets setting up and value creation target achievement
5.Control and coach the implementation of the logistics program launch policy and FCP

Other and Specific Missions:
1.Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2.Cooperate with HSE coordinator to implement HSE training
3.Ensure transparent timely communication with N+1 Manager and internal customers
4.Cooperate with other department to improve Quality
5.Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
6.Others temporary job given by Line Manager

Qualifications :
1.Use Excel, Word… Officer software
2.ERP system use
3.MRP logistic understanding
4.BOM understanding
5.Package demand, protection demand during transportation
6.Supplier management and delivery performance assessment skill
7.Bachelor Degree above, flunet English,3 years above Program Logistic Management related working experience in manufacturing industry 举报 分享
