职位描述：
Job Summary：
To work as the project leader, the position will be responsible for the planning & execution of new facilty construction and other capital contrcution to ensure on time, on budget delivery, besides, the position will also in charge of high voltage teating power management, facility maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities:
? Project Management of new buliding construction, including planning and execution,
? Leading cross-function teams through the data clooection, procurement, execution & close out phases of a project, comprising a combination of external service providers, internal business representatives.
? Deliverring routine progress reports, project proposals and deliverables, periodic presentations and project status updates;
? Controlling the construction cost, managing subcontractors for ensuring construction work to be well performed in proper manner, supervsing the construction quality and commissioning activities.
? Managing the high voltage testing power with the professonal knowledge and experience.

Qualifications:
? Degree in Engineering or with Post Graduation in Construction / Engineering managemennt. at least 4 years of project management experience in construction projects.
? Good Knowledges of building system design, new construction technique / methods, government permitting process, construction safety, project management processes, high volatge power knowledges and experience is preferred.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English mandatory, strong inter-personal & organizational skill, analytical in approach & process oriented
? Advance knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Auto CAD.
