Five to ten years related experience in specific business segment (automotive, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1. 准备并提交完整工作包给工程部、生产部、采购部以及服务部门。包含适用于各部门的有用信息。
Prepare and submit a turnover package to Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Service. Contents of the package are to consist of all available information applicable to the respective departments
2. 协调库卡各部门参与客户访问和(或)进度总结会议。按照客户方各部门要求获取信息(材料)。
Coordinate customer visitation and/or progress review meetings with KUKA departments. Obtain information/material as required by the various departments from the customer
3. 安排和主持详细的设备概念和方案总结会议,邀请机械、工程控制和生产团队成员参与。
Schedule and chair a detailed equipment concept and proposal review meeting with team members from Mechanical, Controls Engineering and Manufacturing.
4. 协同设计供应商及工程部门审查布局和设计。需求上升时,召集其他部门代表和设计团队参与总结会议中。
Review layouts and designs with Design Vendors/Engineering Department. Review meetings with the design groups to include representatives of any other departments, as the need arises
5. 安排和主持正式的设计审评会议,邀请客户代表及库卡项目组参加。
Schedule and chair formal design review meetings between the customer's representatives and KUKA project team.
6. 发布备忘录,规定个人在必要时需采取的纠正措施。同时应向各个团队成员分配好后续责任。
Publish minutes establishing individuals responsible for corrective action when necessary. Assignment of follow-up responsibilities is to be made concurrently with respective team members
7. 安排和主持工程/生产工作会议,并向生产团队传达客户任何的顾虑、要求和特殊问题。
Schedule and chair the Engineering/Manufacturing turnover meeting and advise Manufacturing of any customer considerations, requests and specifications.
8. 及时向客户提交施工进度计划和报告。项目经理负责安排施工进度计划以及关键路径信息。项目经理也应协同销售团队,向客户进行进度变更的通知。
Submit master schedule and reports to the customer in a timely manner. The project manager will develop the master schedule and critical path information. The project manager shall, in conjunction with sales, advise the customer of any schedule changes.
9. 原定期限已到而未交付时,应协同合适的团队以找到合理方案协调日程。在无法协调日程的情况下,项目经理须及时通知管理层。如有需要,项目经理有责任协同销售团队,一旦发生无法按时交付的情况,保证客户收到管理层决策的通知。
Noncompliance of delivery to the committed dates should be resolved with appropriate team member and a solution reached to maintain schedule. In cases where the schedule cannot be maintained, the project manager should notify management immediately. It will be the project manager's responsibility in cooperation with Sales, if required, to ensure that the customer is notified in writing of management's decision on any noncompliance of delivery
10. 提供预算信息。每周对进行中的项目实行预算监管,以保证利润。项目经理需及时咨询部门经理,在不影响工装设计、整体表现或与客户签订的合同内容的情况下,提高项目的盈利可能性
Provide information to establish a budget. Monitor the work in progress weekly for comparison to the budget to ensure profit margin. The project manager should consult with department managers as necessary to improve project profitability without sacrifice of equipment design and performance integrity or violation of contract intent with the customer.
11. 协同队员在将工程变更通知发送给客户前,进行管理和控制
Manages and controls engineering change notices (ECN's) in collaboration with the team members before presenting them to the customer
12. 理解并遵守安全&环境条例,并能识别安全&环境隐患
Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns
13. 能够胜任50%工作时间的出差
Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
