职位描述：
Requirements:
？University graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in warehousing planning related position.
？Strong data analysis capability and problem solving skills.
？Proficient computer skills such as those in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office software applications.
？Hands-on experience with WMS operation is preferred.
？Experience working in a multi-national company; FF or FMCG distribution is preferred.
？China Retail Logistics operational knowledge (from inbound, DC to store).
？Strong Integrity, self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure in a multi-cultural environment with minimal supervision.
？Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese to support translation services as needed.
？Position will be located in Kunshan, China. Domestic (within China) & International travel is required (as necessary)..

Job Descriptions:
？IB planning (70% of Time)
  Communicate with GAP IB team timely;
？？ Communicate with customer clearance team timely;
？？ Communicate vendor to book IB receiving;
？？ Generate IB short/mid/long term planning;
？？ Based on PO completion rate, adjust IB planning timely to ensure PO completion in high;
？？ Monitor site operation IB status;
？？ Adjust the booking per request;
？？ Keep closely relationship with 3PL site operation;;
？Return planning (20% of Time)
？ Generate return forecast based on history data and forecast from business;
？？ Communicate with B2B return clients;
？？ Collect B2B return requirement and draft the return schedule as well;
？？ Monitor B2B & B2C return operation progress;
？？ Send daily return status report;;.
？IB & Return status monitor (10% of Time)
？ Keep monitor site operation status via system status report;
？？ Call out if anything out of schedule;
？？ Communicate with EFS for help for exception case;
？？ Feedback IB and return result to related contactor;
？？ Monitor and push return and receiving process until put away completed;
？？ Send out daily IB and return abnormal report;
？？ Tracking the improvement status;;
？Reporting (10% of Time).
？？ Pull out data from WMS;
？？ Create the report accordingly not limited the list below:
①　Daily IB & Return forecast report;
②　Daily IB & Return status report;
③　IB & Return operation lead-time report;
④　others
？？ Verify the data ;
