职位描述：
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1、协助 建立工艺设计管理体系，协调、指导、完善该管理体系的实施；
2、负责审查工艺设计文件，如：物料平衡计算、设备选型、设备布置、管道布置，设备技术规格书及其他技术协议、审查工艺专业给其他相关专业提供的设计条件等；
3、指导设计人员在设计计算、方案制订、专业接口、文件编制等方面的工作，参加设计评审；
4、发现设计过程出现的问题并协调解决，对项目过程中出现的其他技术问题提供顾问咨询服务；
5、与设计人员人共同解决设备采购、设备制造、工程施工和投料试车中的设计问题；
6、提出工艺优化设计建议、方案 。

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (Detail a minimum of 3):
1、本科以上学历，化学工程及工艺专业或其他相近专业；
2、8年以上的化工工艺设计、设计管理相关工作经验；
3、有主任工艺设计设计工程师、工艺专业负责人、设计经理、项目经理（设计项目）的职位经验和实际操作经验；
4、熟悉化工设计流程、管理体系和管理流程，并熟练应用到新项目的设计输入、设计进度、设计质量、设计界面、设计输出等管理工作中；
5、能够根据项目的技术特点建立并编制适合的设计管理体系文件，指导该管理体系的实施，并根据实施情况进行修正和完善。
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
 除以上要求外，候选人最好具有以下经验或技能：
1、有化工、精细化工工艺开发及小试、中试经验，或化工厂、精细化工厂工艺生产操作管理经验；
2、有国内知名化工设计设计院，知名外资工程公司的工艺设计、工程设计、工程设计经验为佳；
3、最好具有投资10亿元人民币以上化工、精细化工项目的设计管理经验；
