职位描述：
职位概述：
协助招募中心体系的执行和跟进，有效整合招募体系资源，完成公司既定的招募目标。
1、根据各团队用人部门需要，协助招募经理制定销售人员/代理人的招募计划及申报相关预算；
2、积极开拓并建立有效的招募渠道，定期汇报渠道拓展工作进展；
3、培训招聘助理的面试技巧，提高团队的面试合格率，指导招聘助理对不同阶段的候选人进行追踪与评估；
4、选择面试工具，审核面试流程在执行过程中的执行情况，并汇总反馈；
5、其他主管交待的事宜。

任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，熟悉寿险顾问行销渠道运营模式及人员发展模式；
2、 人力资源或招聘岗位三年以上工作经验、有呼叫中心工作经验优先；
3、 熟悉学校，中介公司，招聘会，网络招聘的渠道；
4、 工作态度积极向上，热情诚恳；
5、 能熟练应用Office软件；
6、 有效地沟通；能够协调销售团队之间、销售团队与其他相关支持部门的意见；
7、 能够通过积极有效的沟通建立良好的协作关系，获得相关部门的业务支持；
