JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责


1. To perform various test in area such as component fatigue, hot vibration, strain gauging, data acquisition, engine dyno test, Vibration test.
能够进行以下领域的各种测试：零部件疲劳、热振动、应力测量、数据采集、发动机台架试验、振动试验
2. Preparation, instrumentation, calibration, documentation and set up of test samples and machines
准备、使用仪器、校准、备案以及测试样本和装置的安装
3. Set up and manage test programs to validate durability test predictions, analyze the data produced and create standardized test procedures also for new testing techniques and methods
设立和管理测试项目来使耐久测试预测有效，来分析产生的数据，创造标准化的测试程序，也是为了测试技术和方法
4. Design fixtures and set up test
设计夹具并测试
5. Trouble shoot problems related to durability test.
解答耐久试验方面的相关问题
6. Interface with internal and external customers
与内、外部客户的接触


REQUIREMENTS 技能/知识要求
Hands on person with strong knowledge in vehicle testing, engine operation, or lab testing
在汽车测试或试验室操作方面具有实际经验的员工
Experience in testing device, vibration and hydraulic control system
拥有测试设备，振动及液压控制系统方面的经验
Engine testing and electric controlling experience is a plus
有发动机操作和电气仪表控制经验者优先
Good at PC operation skill such as: Microsoft office. AutoCAD and CATIA is a plus
熟练的电脑操作技能，如：office 软件，有AutoCAD和CATIA经验者优先
Associate degree in Automotive Engineering or Electric Engineering is a plus
最好有汽车工程或者电气工程的相关学历
?Good at trouble shooting instruments
擅长于解决设备仪器相关问题
?Ability to assert yourself, team capability and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility
