Quality Control Engineer
General Summary:
1. Be responsible for mass production quality control to reduce COPQ,
2. Lead QRB meeting for quickly response customer complaint,
3. Monitor the warranty cost to continue improve products quality after SOP
Education:
Bachelor or above degree (major in Industry Engineering, Mechanical, Welding, Metal Material )
Work Experience:
1. More than 3 years auto industry quality management experience and site engineer experiences
2. Have an experience of leading team is better

Skills:
1. Experience of TS16949,APQP&CP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA
2. Experience in leading through example and team work.
3. Be familiar with 8D and 5WHY methods, be able to find root cause and solve
4. Able to work under owns initiative with creativity.
5. Be familiar with SVW & SGM special requirement

Language:
CET-4 or above, fluent oral English

Other Requirements:
1. Can work under pressure
2. Comparatively stronger ability of analysis and communication.
3. Familiar with MS office software
4. Having been trained and understand safety law and other laws concerned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Be responsible for managing and coaching inspectors.
2. Experience of gage design and maintenance
3. Cooperate to edit, review and update PFMEA and CP.
4. Measurement systems establish.
5. Guide process capacity plan and study. (CPK)
6. Edit product process inspection instruction, and gauge inspection instruction and other inspection instruction, and update them on time.
7. Cooperate to identify root cause of any quality issues, provide timely response(RPSR)to the customer and track actions are completed as per plan.
8. Responsible for direct and supervise site quality engineer to ensure process quality control and process patrol inspecting.
9. Identify and control this position environment factors according to procedure.
